-We are happy to accept returns and refunds on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.

-Please take a picture of the item that you want to return with the original label that we shipped it with and send it to us through Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email.

-We are not responsible for expectations of customer use of the products, which we did not mention on the product page on our website.

-Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is not as described on our website, if it is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you can send them back for free and get a full refund.

-If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order, in this case, the return fee will be on you, and you will be fully refunded.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MANUFACTURER AFTER USE :

-You have 14 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product if the product does not work during this period or is defective. you can return it to us at your expense and we will refund the amount.

EXCHANGE: 

-If you wish to exchange your product. you have 14 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product it must be unused and in its original packaging You will return it to our address at your expense for the exchanged item.
